风冷式冷水机  air-cooled chillers

风冷式采用翅片式冷凝器，导热快，散热效果佳，无需提供冷却水。可提供5~45℃，低温型更可低至3℃的冰水(温差不超过±1℃)，压缩机功率从3hp~50hp，制冷量能力可达7800~128500 kcal/hr。

air chillers adopt fin condensers (without need of cooling water) with the features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion.  this series can be afforded cooling ranges from 5~45℃, even lower to 3℃ (temperature controlled accuracy at ±1℃).  the compressors' power range from 3hp~50hp and cooling capacities range from 7800~ 128500 kcal/hr.

低温冷水机 low temperature chiller

特点

启点牌低温冷水机组根据不同温度要求大致分为h(高温),m(中温)，l(低温)三个系列，其冷媒蒸发温度分别为-10℃，-20℃，-50℃，不同系列机组所配置的压缩机及其他零配件均有不同，同一压缩机在不同工况下所产生的能力也不相同，因此选型时应找准相应工况所对的设备系列。为防止蒸发系统的冻水结冰，冻水系统必须添加乙二醇溶液，乙二醇的浓度不得低于20%（h系列），30%（m系列）或40%（l系列），以保障冷水机组的正常运转。根据客户的特殊要求，可定制于-60℃蒸发温度的机组。

lechang series of low-temperature water chiller can be divided into three series: h(high  temperature), m(medium temperature), l(low temperature) which evaporating temperature is -10℃/-20℃/-50℃. different compressors and other parts make up different series of chillers. the same compressor in different conditions is not the same, so choose the proper chillers according to the detailed re in order to prevent the frozen of water , ethylene glycol needs to be added to the cooling system. the concentration of ethylene glycol can not be less than 20%(h), 30%(m), 40%(l) in order to ensure the normal operation of chillers. according to customer’s specific re, chillers with evaporating temperature less than -60℃ can be made.

qd-w水冷式螺杆机组系列是由东莞市乐畅机械有限公司研发的新一代螺杆式冷水机组，制冷量范围为82560kcal/h至2201600kcal/h。

冷冻水温度调节范围为5-45℃。除标准规格外，还可以很据用户要求定做各类特殊机组。机组适用于宾馆、酒楼、商场、医院、工厂等各种工业与民用建筑的空调系统，还可以用于塑胶、电镀、食品加工、粉末、化工、薄膜等生产工序中，提供冷却用的工业冷水。
